Where's My Order?
1. Have you received a dispatch email, saying you order has been shipped?
2. Within your dispatch email there's a Royal Mail 13 digit tracking code. Please check this number on www.royalmail.com for shipping status.
3. Check with your local sorting office. Sometimes the postman forgets to leave the “we called but you were out” reminder form.
4. Double check you haven't been left a card by the Royal Mail.
5. Please email us with your order number so we can hire a private detective to hunt down your T-shirt. Sometimes the post office loses an item, so contact us before going off on one. We’re humans, too, so talk to us & we’ll try to find your T-shirt.
Please note: If a T-shirt is returned to us because you didn’t sign for it & the post office returned it to us, you are liable for a postage fee. We won’t offer a refund in such cases as the product isn’t faulty & we have upheld our contractual commitments.
Making a Return
Please note we will not refund shipping costs for size or colour changes, however, if your product is faulty or incorrect, NAUGHTEES T-shirts will refund the cost of postage. Replacements will be sent by 1st class recorded delivery at our cost and may take up to 1 week to be dispatched.
Items must be returned in re-saleable condition with tags still attached within 14 days of receipt. We will not accept any goods back after they have been washed unless they are faulty.
When returning goods you are advised to use recorded delivery.
NAUGHTEES T-shirts cannot be held responsible for returned items that go missing in the post and no exchanges or refunds will be issued until the goods have been delivered back to us.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that is damaged or that has not been treated in accordance with the previously stated policies.
All "sale" items sold are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Shipping Information
Shipping costs including handling, packaging & postage:
UK – Postage for items in the UK is free of charge (unless item has been returned by the Post Office due to non-delivery)
Europe – GBP1.50
USA and Canada – GBP3.00
Asia, Australia and the rest of the world – GBP3.00

We do our best to ensure that your orders arrive in a safe and timely manner. Please make sure that the delivery address is correct and inform us of anything that may assist us in delivering your order. This includes such things as proper spelling of street names, complete house numbers, postal codes, etc. You can also choose to have your order sent to an address other than the billing address such as your place of work.
UK items are sent using the Special Delivery service and a signature is required on delivery. Should there be no one to sign for the package the item will be taken back to the local sorting office where it will be held for 3 weeks. Should items go missing we are able to see if they have been signed for. If the item is not signed for by the Post office we will send a replacement. Please note delivery times are down to the post office.
Overseas Standard delivery items are sent using First Class mail and a signature is NOT required. Deliveries to countries outside the EU may be subject to additional duties & taxes for which NAUGHTEES T-shirts cannot be liable. Overseas orders can take up to 3 weeks to be delivered. Please note that the Republic of Ireland is included as Overseas.
FAQ's
What T-shirts do you use, and what colour are they?
Depending on stock availability, we use Fruit of the Loom, Gildan and JHK T-shirts. At the moment we carry white, black, red, khaki/army green, chocolate brown, sunflower yellow & sky blue in the men’s standard T-shirt. In the ladies' body fit Tees, we carry white, black, pink and red.
Do you pay for Ideas or Designs?
Yes, if the design is very good we would consider it. For ideas we give a royalty per t-shirt sale or freebies.
For finished designs ready to print we'd also pay royalties and a fee.
